Freelancers and small businesses often struggle with inconsistent invoicing — missed payments, disorganised records, and no clear picture of where they stand financially. Without a proper system, tax season becomes stressful and client payments get delayed.
Fusion Softtech identified this gap and built the Invoice Management System as an in-house product — now actively used by clients across freelance and small business segments. The platform gives users a simple, structured way to handle invoicing end-to-end, from generating and sending invoices to tracking payments and visualising revenue, all from one place.

Used by freelancers, consultants, and small-to-mid-sized businesses that need a no-fuss way to manage invoicing, track client payments, and stay on top of their financials — without needing an accountant or complex software.
Business Need
Fusion Softtech recognised that many freelancers and small teams lacked a consistent invoicing process — leading to delayed payments, missing records, and zero visibility into their revenue. The goal was to build a product that solved this cleanly, without requiring any accounting expertise from the end user.

Built a Spring Boot REST API backend to handle all invoice, client, tax, and user operations — with MySQL as the data store for structured financial records
Developed a modular Angular 5 frontend with dedicated views for each functional area — invoices, clients, taxes, profiles, and reports — keeping navigation intuitive and the UI uncluttered
Implemented data visualisation with charts and graphs to give users a quick read on revenue trends, invoice volumes, and per-client billing
Added financial year filtering across invoice history, making it easy for users to pull records for tax filing without any manual sorting
Designed the UI with simplicity as the core principle — so non-technical freelancers and business owners can use it confidently from day one
